Returns

 You have 14 days to request a parts return, starting on the day of receipt of the product.

The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging. If the request is made after 14 days, we reserve the right to charge an administration and handling fee.
When returning parts, the shipping costs (both ways) are for your account.

To ensure that the return runs smoothly, we ask you to make a return request by email stating the order or invoice number and the reason for the return request. You can use the following email address webshop@nordicar.com.
We will do our best to provide you with the return instructions by email within 1-2 working days. During this time, we may also contact you for additional information.

For returns from outside the European Union, the customs costs, import duties and other import costs resulting from this return shipment will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For refunds, we use the same payment method that was used for the purchase. The refund is free of charge.

Electronic parts cannot be exchanged or returned!
