Products ordered on this website can be deliverd to a destination of your choice.
This could be for example your home or work address.

On the checkout page you can choose between several carriers and shipping methods.
You can select one at your convenience as freight cost and delivery times will vary between these.
Transit times are indicated when selecting a carrier and shipping method. We ship orders every day from Monday-Friday.

Normaly, we stock what we sell. If something is (temporarily) out of stock, we will notice you directly by email, and advise you about the new shipping date.
You then have the option to cancel your order for a complete refund, or in case of an order including multiple items, a partial refund.

We have been in business a long time, providing quality service and parts for a competitive price to all our customers, no matter how far away.
Should however a product not meet your expectations, we kindly ask you to contact our parts department first:

We will advise you about further actions, including claiming a warranty and/or return shipments. 
Shipping fees for cores are not credited!

Excluded from warranty, return or refunds are filters which have been used, (electronic) books, electrical parts or custom-made items.
