Redstuff - 3000 Series - Ceramic brake pads for sporty drivers
The EBC Redstuff "Superstreet" formula is designed for cars over 1200 kg / 200 hp and for drivers with a sporty driving style. The brake pad material consists of Kevlar® fibers with ceramic particles. This gives it a longer life, it brakes better and is quieter. Tests have shown that cars with a speed of 160 km/h with Redstuff brake pads stop 13 meters sooner than cars with OEM (original) brake pads.
The brake pads are treated with an EBC Brake-In layer to condition the brake disc surface, which accelerates the bedding in of the brake pads. Redstuff's nominal coefficient of friction is 0.5, with approximately 50% dust reduction compared to original brake pads.
