The 1969 and 1970 Amazon and P1800S have a self-adjusting braking system on the rear wheels. This system includes brake drums with an adjustment hole in the hub between the wheel bolts. Current brake drums do not have this hole. This adjustment hole can easily be drilled into a new brake drum yourself. Note: this is only necessary if the original self-adjusting mechanism is still present.
